Use "high" resolution if you want a nice printed copy. However, the file size is the largest and will take longer to download.
Use "standard" resolution in order to save download time on lower bandwidths. The printed version looks pretty good, too.
Use "low" resolution (where available) if you want to email it. The pictures will not be as sharp as the other resolutions.
